Currently represent Jamison Services with the leasing of their historic six story creative office building in Park Mile.
The Harbor Building is an approximately 258,000 RSF office building that is currently undergoing a complete transformation into high-end creative office.
Prior to the completion of the building’s capital improvements First Property leased approximately 100,000 RSF to multiple tenants including Concept Arts, Create Advertising, Community Films, Nexon America and PR Dept.
First Property’s leasing efforts increased occupancy at the building over 39% in the first 12 months of the assignment and are currently in negotiations with multiple tenants for large blocks of space.
