Prior to the completion of the building’s capital improvements First Property leased approximately 17,000 RSF to creative agency and production company GNET Media to a long term lease.
First Property’s leasing efforts with the closing to GNET Media and other recent deals increased occupancy at the building approx. 10% in 2020.
