Gabriel J. Brown is a Senior Vice President at First Property and a seasoned real estate professional specializing in Investment Sales, Landlord and Tenant representation. Mr. Brown’s commitment to his clients and extensive market knowledge, his attention to detail and strong negotiating skills, his understanding of diverse transactional intrinsics and ability to carefully address client needs across multiple platforms, have earned him many long-term relationships with principals and executives in the investment and development community, as well as tenants in a vast array of industries. Prior to joining First Property in 2008, Mr. Brown was an associate with the international firm Scudder Investments in 1999 and later in 2004, Mr. Brown joined Delson/Norris/Fischer Investment Real Estate Brokerage, where he built his sales and leasing focus in the greater Los Angeles market. When he takes a break from his 24/7 dedicated care of his clients, Mr. Brown enjoys spending every possible second with his wife and children, playing music, travelling, coaching little league and being outdoors.
