Jeffrey Resnick is the founding principal and co-owner of First Property Realty Corporation and serves as President of the company. During Mr. Resnick’s forty-six years of commercial real estate experience, he has distinguished himself as one of the top leasing and sales brokers in the greater Los Angeles area. His clients consistently acknowledge his extensive understanding of property sales and leasing, including vast market knowledge, and negotiation skills. Mr. Resnick has sold over $3 Billion of commercial real estate including the Century City Shopping Center and leased over 5 Million square feet of office space. He has represented for lease over 20 Million square feet of office space in Los Angeles. Prior to forming First Property Realty Corporation in 1990, Mr. Resnick was top sales producer of the year at Coldwell Banker (now CBRE). When he’s not working Mr. Resnick enjoys travel, philanthropy, family, yoga and exercise.
Buzzworthy case studies
1979 | Negotiated the off market sale of the Century City Shopping Center, Los Angeles to investor Avi Lerner for $60,000,000. Seller was Alcoa.
2014-2015 | Represented Developer Avi Lerner with the purchase of 9378 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills, 32,000 square foot office building on a 95 year ground lease. Then leased the Building to 100% occupancy within one year and sold to Swiss Re-Insurance company for $29,500,000.

2016 | Represented Property owner, a private family trust, in marketing for sale 360 N. Bedford Dr., Beverly Hills consisting of 30,600 SF of office and medical space and the contiguous property at 9632 Brighton Way, Beverly Hills consisting of 6,612 SF of retail space. Sold to Buyer for $38,250,000, 2% CAP rate on existing income.
